You should both get AC at home. Best thing ever!

We used to have those small portable ones at home (now standing at the office) but they are so noisy so impossible to use at night :doh:

it's not really worth here.. there are some days which are a bit hotter, but it's not the end of the world... like john did, I did also... chilling on a tropical night in the terrasse

Being the moust southern of this section I thought I had the hotter weather.. well seems that central europe is also hot
Until some years ago it was not so hot, we didn't have AC everywhere.. yes in office, but not at home or in car.
Now I have 4 AC units in my home!

Here around Cologne we get this kind of micro climate every year. Its actually hotter here than the rest of Germany and some reckons it has something to do with NL/BE being lower than Germany so hot air basically goes right over them and then straight to us. Either way, hotter than hell in summer but also warmer in winter meaning less snow which i really appreciate as i hate driving in that white fluff!

ahaha okay.. maybe some big offices... but for example mine does not have... well, we had an old mobile AC in the warehouse.. so we stealed it to use in our office... but the rest of the bulding has no AC... and 90% of the houses also have no AC... lol xD so I meant generally...

Yes we also have the great concept of minergie at work addle::rant:: the air is supposed to be auto-regulated and fully environment friendly. Works for flats but is a huge shit in open spaces and big buildings. Basically hot in summer and cold in winter :tsk:. If only we could master the cool fresh air of the mountains and bring it somehow in every household, that would be cool :lol:

If we count it in Days, along the year, then yes, you have the hottest weather lol

We are not prepared to this kind of high temperature in central europe
