The holidays are here and things can be hectic, but we just received this feedback for our customer service team and HAD to share.

Just for samples…FREE SAMPLES
What’s wrong with you people?
Haven’t you heard that customer service has moved overseas?
You can’t expect your employees to take the time to send delivery tracking emails
The treatment that I have received after requesting the samples that you offer for free has been unbelievable
I WILL NOT be ordering…from your competitors
Super refreshing to find a company like yours!!!
