yeah.. I agree. If it was under $500 then I would consider it.

If they could mod both the front lights and add sequential rear tail lights including fitting for $1k I would be tempted..
You guys know it is $240USD just for the LED boards from DD right? Before adding shipping to Aus. That's $330AUD at current exchange rate. Add $30-$50 for shipping. Then the fact he ships your lights back to you which would be around $100. He is actually only really charging $500 for the service. Which I imagine it probably takes a decent amount of time. Puts it in line with most labour costs of around $60-$100 an hour.

Yeh it's not cheap but come on. He is running a business and the first to offer the service outside of Poland from what I can find. I'm in no rush to get it done but I probably will eventually.

I keep coming back to the same question. Has this been fitted to a mustang to see if it works and does it throw any codes. Plugging it into AC and plugging it into a complicated computer with a fuse box is a lot different

Wow. Ok anyone complaining can stop now. That is a lot of work at a ridiculously cheap rate. If you want it cheaper, do it yourself basically. That is a very fair price if it does indeed take that long to do.

Yeah they look great and there is a heap of work to get them to that stage. Me and Jrspook went and had a look at them last week and were impressed. Yeah its a lot of cash and I probably won't be doing it but I think he is charging a reasonable price from what I can see. Don't underestimate the amount of time it takes to open the lights up.

there you go everyone. Connected to park lights and DRLs so they work when you turn the car on etc. No error codes and no problems and fairly simple install

Now show it with the DRLS and no parkers. With the engine running and that the sequential indicators are all running the three of them at the same pace not two slow and one fast.

I am just sharing the vid apparently the customer has reported no issue and no error codes. I'm not trying to rain on ur parade, I'm just sharing with the forums another option for those not as confident to start cutting their own headlights open.

There are no codes the problem is when the engine is on and running not when the engine is off. We have anomolies in the electrical system when the car is running. Everything works fine when the engine is off. The sequential tri bar indicator is one problem we can get the first two lights to light up normally and the last one very fast. If you read the Europe forum they also mentioned the same problem with the anomalies i found the same problem on my car that they had. To fix the problem and make everything work perfectly you need to run a complete independent wiring system away from the cars main electrical system.

Like i said apparently the customer in the vid has started the car and everything no error coeds. I have asked because when i get my stang I want it done, so i want to know i can get it done and also have no error codes on my dash. At this point in time customer has installed and everything runs sweet no errors despite anomalies in electrical system.

:D

These are questions directed to anyone able to provide an answer.

What happens to these tri bar DRLs when the headlights are turned on?
I think the US DRLs dim to a glow with the headlights on. Does anyone know if this is correct?
I don't have a mustang yet so can someone tell me what happens with the standard round DRLs with headlights on? They are Daytime running lights so do they turn off at night?

With the DD system lights the DRLs stay on when the head lights are on. They don't dim they aren't bright enough. I've had mine in now for three weeks and i have a set mine with a light bit of blue in the light so at night it reflects the blue looks cool. This probably isn't legally but i see if i get pulled up.

You can just see there is a little bit of blue set in the light colour. I did try red one night and looks great evil almost. One good thing with the DD is the remote to turn them off at any time.
