Current Build Week 12/8/14 Tracking Thread

Checked my car on Cotus this morning. It finally says in transit. But the days remaining went from 11 days to 38 days. Is the train going to make a stop in every state!?! Hopefully it will go back to 11 days.

No it doesn't unfortunately.. I live in Virignia and my car went straight through and stopped in North Carolina... So I have to wait for my car to be picked up there and driven up here :frusty: :doh:

DELIVERED!!!!!!! I just checked COTUS and since this morning when I first checked it changed to delivered. Dealer didnt call yet but I assume he wants to get it all unwrapped and ready before I come get it

Right up until it said delivered it said the EDD was 12/24 and now its says Delivered: 12/17

koncealed you will have yours on tomorrow NC is just the closest rail yard to you, the same thing is going to happend to me pass me and go to Jacksonville Fla and come the next day on truck.....:first:

Seems like everyone is getting their cars now congrats guys. My EDD went back again now to 1/15. Dealer says sometime between 1/5 and 1/15 is likely. This is frustrating, the original date in cotus was 12/23 arggg so much for my Christmas gift from me to me :frusty:

ShadowHorse I feel your pain. My Cotus delivery date was 12/29 now that my car is in transit it's saying 1/26/15. I called my dealer yesterday they said they would look into it and I never heard back from them. :shrug: Bunch of BS!!!

Ugh, that's the worst feeling! My dealer doesn't seem to know much either other than he said between 1/5-1/15 is probable... What the hell are we supposed to do for the next month J???

go ahead and order a straightjacket and start padding your walls. This is THE hardest part..... Knowing your car is built and lurking around in no-man's land... :frusty:

It sucks guys. Knowing it's built and that its in transit but the delivery date keeps increase is probably the worst feeling. Totally knocked the wind out of me. When my dealer told me anywhere between December 23rd - 29th I went to my credit union to get pre approved for an auto loan. Well that was a big mistake since the approval only last a month. I'm just glad I didn't take my current car to carmax yet.

This is driving me insane!

I'm in nearly the same spot as ShadowHorse. My EDD was 12/29 while awaiting shipment, then jumped to 1/30 once it was in transit, and last I checked it was 02/05. I realize California is probably the furthest these cars have to travel, but my car was completed 12/11, it shouldn't take nearly two months to get to me.

Even my dealer doesn't know when it will arrive, they just keep telling me "sometime after January 15th, most likely the end of next month".

I'm happy for everyone else who is getting their cars now, though! Enjoy the hell out of them for all of us stuck waiting.

Damn Zach that's tough. I feel your pain though. Flat rock is 10 hours drive from the dealer I ordered from. Why does it take a month for the damn car to get there when really it could be there in a day or two. :rant: we want our cars ford!
