Seriously, where are all you 10/23 VIN guys getting your build dates from?

Your dealer will be able to give you that info or PM FordService here on the forum.

VIN on 10/23, dealer told me early that morning build week was 11/24. Arrival before Christmas.

Yeah, I'll talk to my dealer on Monday. FordService gave me a loose "mid-November" estimate. I guess I just need to lay off this forum ... watched pot syndrome ...

11/17 build week here as well! Based on what I've gathered on other peoples build to delivery dates we're looking at roughly getting our cars at an estimated 24 days edd maximum. That means the week of December 8th if nothing tragic happens and the cars do take the absolute longest to arrive. Which I highly don't mind. BIRTHDAY WEEK!

Also I was thinking that our cars will be built before thanksgiving, the real question is will it leave the plant before thanksgiving/will it be interrupted heavily by the holiday?

My car got an 11/24 build week. Could be a dangerous time... if it hits right before the holiday weekend, it could be rushed and cobbled together. If it gets delayed to the next week, everyone would be filled with turkey and happy so the car would likely get better treatment.

That's what my buddy in Michigan kept telling me, day before thanksgiving break, bucket of parts leftover....fuck it 3 day weekend let's bounce!

I'm sure it will be fine, but any later than that week and you run the chance of not getting your car before Xmas.

VIN assigned 10/23, build week 11/17 according to my dealer.
(I do not see a build date on COTUS)

So, I still don't have an estimated build date other than "mid-November," however, my estimated delivery date populated tonight. It now says 12/2/14. With this info, I would assume the mid-November is accurate, probably the week of 11/17. Does this sound about right?

I was inspired by franklin9150 and Clink, so I checked again this morning - sure enough, a build date of 12/3! Hard to believe until I actually sit in the car...
