So I checked cotus this morning and it was in transit last night. Now its backed to awaiting shipment with no edd. And I was in transit for the past few days. Anybody else had or still have this issue? :(

Yeah just check and it still shows awaiting shipment [emoji17]
It's so weird I was in transit and I had 11 more days left. I wonder what happened.
For those who had this happen to them, did they really stop transit or were they still in transit even though cotus went back to awaiting shipment?

I'm envious of you guys being able to track your actual rail cars. Every time I ask my dealer if I can get the car number it's shipped in they always look totally dumbfounded. I think they don't know how to check anything other than the Ford visibility app they have. Maybe if I contact the inventory manager?

Edit: Just tried the inventory manager. He claimed I should talk to my salesman to find out any info like the rail car number. I mentioned I had already asked him about it and he wasn't aware how to get it. He said he also didn't know where to get it. Is this something Rachel could provide?

I'm in the same boat ACR. Might moved back to 'awaiting shipment' from transit on Wednesday. My EDD and days disappeared as well. After talking to Rachel, It seems there is some kind of delay but no details. I was told that my mustang had left the plant and the delay has nothing to do with the actual car. Wish I had more info for ya but that's what I got.

So the delay is not at the plant. Could it be the teain being delayed?

Have him email you the full history report. You will see the number on there. My salesman was unaware of this as well until I pointed it out to him.....

I think it's been posted by a fellow member on here, 89Trooper. I believe he asked his dealer for a full vehicle report. I've seen it before the rail car should be listed on that report.
