Current Build Week 11/10/2014 Tracking Thread

Friday I had an EDD of 11-27-2014 and my status was "In Transit", today no EDD and "Awaiting Shipment". WTH!

Hey guys, checked COTUS. No major updates as of now. Still sitting in 'awaiting shipment' EDD 12/7. 19 days left on the counter. I'll update if anything changes.

It should be there tomorrow. It seems a lot have been updating to in transit the day before they are actually in transit. Probably due to being scheduled for shipment.

My salesman just told me my car is still in Michigan at ramp 51 and hasn't caught a train yet. Hopefully today. Just because is says in transit doesn't mean it's moving. Just not at the plant anymore

Was feeling pretty bummed about my jump to 12/17 then woke to see this

Officially jealous. Mine still says 12/11 after getting pushed back twice. Still praying for the bumped to the earlier date again.

Perhaps that's why the dates are so jumpy.

Mine says convoy on the sticker so hopefully it shouldn't take that long

Mine does too. It goes from truck to rail to truck, but still has convoy

Well I just got more bad news today. I noticed Cotus moved my Estimated Delivery Date from 12/3 to 12/31. I contacted my dealer this morning, he checked into it and told me that the company Ford uses for transporting their vehicles are on strike and everything is on hold.

Needless to say this was not taken well by me. This is the second 2015 Mustang I ordered and has completed the build stage. The first one I ordered on 5/30 and was built on 8/22, it sat in the Waiting to Ship status for a little over a month before they told me it did not pass QA/QC and was crushed. I reordered on 10/3 and had a build date of 11/10. According to Cotus my car was complete on 11/13 and has been sitting in the same status as my first car just to hear it may be a while before it ships.

Needless to say I am about to give up and just settle for a dealer stock.

Quick update. Checked COTUS. I moved from 'awaiting shipment' to 'in transit' within the last hour. My EDD also dropped by a day to 12/06.
