Current Build Week 11/10/2014 Tracking Thread

I'm not all that clear on this and maybe someone could help out. My blend date (11/12) hasn't changed. So in theory if the car is still scheduled to be built on that date, why would the delivery date change..? I'd imagine I wouldn't fall under the parts constraints since I've got a build date, etc..

The easy answer is because they say 2-4 weeks transit time on average so when it actually goes into production they adjust the delivery estimate. Most likely due to estimates from the train and or trucks when they start scheduling transit. They will most likely give the worst case scenario as an estimate.

Assume a minimum of 15 days for delivery from whenever it goes to awaiting shipment and then take into consideration the holidays and you will have a good idea of when to expect delivery.

No bump back on EDD yet. I figure it will happen tomorrow. Guessing 12/3 thru 12/7 for a new EDD over my current 11/26 EDD.

That's what mine did..all day was fine yesterday till this morning... no big deal... just as long as it gets done right and here with no damage

For those of us who had EDD's a few days before Thanksgiving have it pushed back to the first week of Dec. is what I'm curious about.

Yep, same here. Hope its just a glitch. I did get to see my window sticker but didn't have a chance to print it out. Now its gone. It would be my luck that they literally are giving me a big FU and pushing my order back. :( COTUS sucks balls.

I PM'd Rachel again to see if I'm still good. This roller coaster ride is too much any more. I'm so sick of tiny glimmers of hope been snatched away. I thought I could be bitch & moan free for a while and I'm right back to where I was. :(

I seem to remember this happening to some other members on the site recently. I don't know for sure, its a hunch. Let me know in this thread if yours pops back up this afternoon, I will do the same of course. I am so sick of this roller coaster ride its not even funny. :(

Try using wwwqa.cotus.ford.com or www.cotusb.ford.com or www.ordertracking.ford.com. mine did the same but briefly... I checked the other sites and said in production but the www.cotus said in order processing

Thank you. It currently shows up on the ordertracking.ford site but not on cotus or wwwqacotus. Of course that could mean a lot of things but at least I took a screen grab of my window sticker and printed it out as well. Maybe they are recalculating our EDD's and are pulling it off cotus right now and will show the updated EDD's when they come back on. That is my hope. I'm sure Rachel is tiring of my continual "freak-outs". I've had too many setbacks and delays at this point, time for some smoother sailing. (Easier said than done.)
