no clue...I got pretty pissed at the dealer and cancelled my order...called my lawyer and everything to get my deposit back BUT then a few minutes later the saled manager called and offered me this with 2500 off...take a guess at what I said...

lol...I had 3 colors I wanted...Ruby Red, Guard and orange...deep impact blue was on the list too I guess...this will be just fine!

No... it entered production. Will be built on the 29th approximately.

they move into production when it starts getting built. then the blend date is the completed date

You have completed Order Processing, and the fun part has begun. The dates the others have given sound about right. Your mileage may vary slightly.

When you have completed Production (i.e., the car is built), you will see a new data, maybe 10/29/14, under In Production, and your bar will extend to Awaiting Shipment. And so on.

At the bottom of each box will be a date as it finishes that stage. There is a link to your window sticker there. It'll likely work tomorrow. On it will be a 'blend date', that's when they believe your car will be finished. Although it normally moves to Awaiting Shipment a day or two after that date, but the date completed for Production will be the day prior since cotus doesn't update immediately.

From there it can sit at the plant for a week or so until it gets sent out. The ETA can shift a bit along the process depending on how things work out. My ETA shifted 3 times, only once (most recent time) for the better. But it still only shifted out a week from the original ETA.

The only thing we don't know for sure, yet, is if Retail orders will sit at the plant. And if they do, for how long. The first ones completed yesterday, so we'll start to have some insight to that. Of course, things change daily, and we can always expect the unexpected as we've seen many times.

True, it's unknown how the delay from Awaiting Shipment to In Transit will change now that the Retail orders are coming off the line. Plus, a few issues that have been causing some delays should be resolved now and not cause further delay. Hopefully no further issues get in the way.
