Did that knob tighten all the way down easily?

I have the same knob, but it only screws down so far and then gets extremely tight. There's a large gap between the bottom of the knob and the reverse collar, so it isn't bottomed out.

Yes it did. It got tight and lock tite was not required but it went into place.

If you buy the factory bullitt knob it weighs quit a bit, the core of it is copper or steel. In paid like $150 Canadian ... To much apparently.. But its nice!
what's the outer material, plastic?
