Thank you, nice to know a place I buy from likes my project !
Absolutely! I've shown this thread to a few people in my office and we are all routing for you.

I know it's tough for some people to accept or understand why someone would go through all of this trouble. But it's projects like this that created the hobby we all love.

Venturing down the path less traveled and paving the way for others is what will keep people wrenching and pushing the limits for generations to follow.

Bravo to you good sir

What did you end up getting for your Ecoboost engine? The reason I ask I want to do a swap project and haven't seen too many out there for sale.

I got the same grief when I swapped my 6R80 for an MT82 in my 11 3.7L convertible, I did it because I could, and the cost was low after selling my parts out. =) I have no problem with this project what so ever, sometimes its about doing it.... for your own amusement =)

Your Welcome I am subbd =)

If anything its a learning experience, because lets face some day these cars will be 25 years old and someone will look back at this and go, oh hey just what I was looking for, right?

Be sure to install New Aftermarket Oil Pump Gears before you install the motor because it will be easy that way.Good Luck!

I think he means if you're planning go FI. OPG and CGs are pretty much mandatory or they may fail and it'll cost more to get another 5.0 engine than replace them now. If you're not, then it shouldn't matter
