I got mine shipped from IL to CA using Inner City. I think it was 1200 I paid more to have an enclosed trailer. Everything went fine and they only took 3 or 4 days to deliver it to my work so not too bad.

I have called some dealerships about courtesy delivery and the prices are not bad, $300. Here is the deal, they all want $$ to install the front splitter which is kind of BS b/c that is how ford ships it and IMO should be part of the standard prep. They have not given me a price on splitter install, hopefully its not to bad.

I wouldn't call it complete BS, they aren't getting any of the profit from selling the car and courtesy delivery is typically used for fleet vehicles. With how many dealers have screwed it up, I'd say just do it yourself

Yeah I see your point. I will see what they quote me. If its more than 150 I'll prolly just do it myself. I need to check out that ford service video on the splitter install. I dont have car stands at my house but those r easy enough to get.

They quoted $100 for splitter install, so $400 total. No bad , b/c a private transport for IL FL non covered would be more than that.

Bought mine from a TX dealer and had it shipped enclosed directly to me. Paid $1350 for delivery. I told the dealer to skip all prep as I didn't want the splitter put on incorrectly or the paint to be swirled.

I used the shipping company the dealer used. Great experience, and it turned out to be the official transporter for Shelby American who moved the car for me. Big pretty pics of Cobras and Shelby's on the side of the truck/trailer.
