Cotus Inconsistencies?

Here are the issues I have had with Cotus so far:

1. Sometimes cotus recognizes my vin/vehicle, sometimes it doesn't and doesnt let me track it.
2. My car has listed in Production and then it went back to order processing once, then it went back to production (this happend 6/04/15)
3. Then it went into Awaiting Shipment, sat there until yesterday when It went into Transit and the estimated delivery date was moved from 6/25/15 to 6/24/15. Now today I check it and its back to awaiting shipment with no estimated delivery date.

Is this normal?

Yep that's pretty much par for the course.

but how does it go from in transit to awaiting shipment? (lets put in on the train), okay, they put it on the train, then they are like, second thought, lets take it off?

The car it self doesn't actually move it's just the system having glitches and reporting inaccurately.

The system is still in beta I would imagine unless Ford has announced this is in full production.

Beta systems, expect this.

I just keep clicking it until it pulls up my vehicle. normally the first two times it says cant find VIN, just keep clicking it fast. Sometimes it takes 4-6 clicks to work

Well I sent one of the Ford Service people a message on here asking what the status is on it.

I received my car yesterday, but yesterday morning, I checked COTUS and it still showed In Transit with an EDD of 6/12. (Dealer called later in the morning saying it arrived). It still had the same status yesterday evening too (I already drove the car home). It wasn't until this morning that the status changed to Delivered. My EDD changed 6 times during my 9 week process (including the EDD going blank for a few days). The car will arrive, and it will be worth the wait.

yeah I try to use the others and it says "No matching vehicle found"

well most of the time anyway.

LOL, welcome to the wonderful world of COTUS. Yes, it does that. I experienced every one of those things. My ETA moved up and back weeks at a time. I think they are in cahoots with Tums. Or Johnny Walker.
