Cotus down ;(

The folks at Ford you can chat with provided me a sticker and a build date (earlier this week) and an ETA that was about a week long later this month.

I plug the VIN into COTUS and zilch. No such vehicle. It doesn't seem to work so well. I started plugging in other VINs that I've seen on older threads and after about 20 or so, finally found one that worked.

Yeah, COTUS is very sketchy. If you go to the Ford website, do a build and price, on the Summary screen is a Live Chat option ... Ashley was very nice :ford:

I just did this and also got Ashley. No way that's a coincidence. Anyhow she/he said eta 8/24!!

I've talked to two people- neither was Ashley. Both were very helpful.

It looks like at least three of us had 8/1 build dates. I guess mine is produced and waiting for shipment? I've got an ETA from 12 to 24th of this month? I assume since mine doesn't have stripes it wouldn't go to the trim shop.

Mike helpful. It was the same information that the folks give you at chat. So far this has been a much smoother process than it was back in 11 with the Boss. Having said that, this is going to be a long month.
