Does COTUS only work for custom ordered cars?? I have the VIN for my dealer spec'd R and it can't seem to find a matching VIN yet I have a copy of window sticker??

Yikes, I hope that wwwqa site is wrong because when I fill in all the info I have it say's I ordered a 2016 F-150 XLT! Um, no...dealer is right, date is right but that ain't no GT350R!

That is probably a bad thing. Is your VOC entered into the system??? Maybe they used the same numbers twice, if that's possible?

Any my Ford Explorer was just delivered last week...I have a feeling they may recycle order #s each model year which is throwing things off.

I emailed the dealer and he told me to try a different order number (which does not appear on my VOC anywhere.) That one doesn't work either but at least it doesn't show someone else's vehicle. Very odd, feels very beta to me or it just takes longer for the wheels of the machine to spin. My VOC is dated 5/17.

FYI guys - the QA sites look like they are having trouble but I was just able to pull my 2016 info from the non-qa site, for the first time - so:

I called FP today and they could see my order for the right car yet the same info on the sites linked here say I've ordered a truck. Weird. I'm just going to give it time. The guy was saying the 2017 MY stuff it's really cooking yet.

Need some help from one of you experienced trackers. Today marks 16 days of my car in the "In Production" phase???? I did send a PM to ford service yesterday, I'm sure they might get back to me today. I called FP Tuesday and they had no clue why it's still there?
Going to try and get my dealer on it today also, let them earn some of that ADM fee,,, lol
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The info from FP and your dealer might be the best you will see... If you have your order #, dealer # and last name, you can use the link above.

I am thinking COTUS/order tracking lost my car,,,? Lol. Going on day 21 of "in production" with 4 days to estimated delivery date. I did get a PM from [MENTION=7992]FordService[/MENTION] last week kinda stating the same thing, thinking car might be done just waiting to or having already shipped. will prob try and give a call today though.

I wouldnt be suprised if it all a sudden shows at your dealer in a week.

After a few calls and some help from FP, car got released for shipping as of May 31st!! Took 21 days to build but it will be worth it! Nice thing is once on a truck I'm sure it will be just a day to get being I'm so close to the plant!

Congrats! Did FP just get to the bottom of it, or were they able to pull some strings to get it shipped out?
