In case you missed it, she says they are trying to get the MY2016 data on the live system in the next week or two. If you use the following URL, you can access the QA system: http://wwwqa.ordertracking.ford.com. This one works for me currently.

That one didn't work for me, but the old qa cotus worked on the first go. The sites are very YMMV right now.

Extremely touchy websites. What usually works for me is either of these, or a combination of them: Change IP addresses, change browsers, go incognito on the browser, clear cookies, etc.

I suspect they are using a load balancer in front of a couple of web servers. Back in my IT days, we would see similar issues when all the web servers weren't running the exact same settings/code. I'm sure everyone is just dying to know what the issue is..... :headbonk:
