cotus down?

I ordered my car on 3/8 it showed up on cotus that day. But for a little over 2 weeks now it says the order doesn't exist. Anyone else having these issues?

Some dealers reuse order numbers which leads to COTUS not working until you have a VIN.

Even then COTUS isn't very reliable, it works maybe 70-80% of the time and the info other than build date is all suspect.

I found that I had to hit submit on COTUS 3-4 times in a row, each time getting "order does not exist" before it would pull up my information.

Yeah I think I've hit it about 20 times consecutively and got nothing lol.

Happens to me almost every day and I have 2 VINs I am tracking. So frustrating!

The only thing that works for me is to either refresh the page or google 'cotus' and click through link. Sometimes your browser history recognition for takes you to the page but won't produce any results. Hope this helps

It seems like their portal has some cache issues. Try clearing your cache in your browser and attempt to submit the form again. That usually does it for me.

Exact same issue. Ordered on 3/9. Saw the car for two days the following week. Haven't seen it since. I think the foreign orders trumped us. Dealer said he was given an estimate of 6 weeks. It has been 6 weeks and not even a VIN. Jeff said hang on couple of more weeks.

Exact same scenario for me. Ordered same time, saw it in COTUS for a week or two and then not found any more. Just keep checking in with Jeff once a week.
