I'm very interested in changing from my 1 3/4" catted kooks w/corsa sport catback to the 1 7/8" cat less corsa headers. I'm going FI in April and I think I should make the switch before then

That's what I was thinking too. With cat less and 93 octane is it going to be a stronger odor than with the catted?

Personally, I dont think so. You may get a smell every once in a while but these cars are really good.

When the time is right, I’m absolutely interested in these headers. BUT I live in SoCal and fear failing emissions. So my questions are:
1). How expensive is it to switch back to factory to pass smog?
2). Is there a mid-pipe with cats that fit the corsa LT’s to a Corsa Sport Catback?
3). If such a mid-pipe exists, do they all pass smog? Ex: high-flow...

Hey guys quick question - I'm planing on installing a set of these Corsa headers while on my back in the driveway in 2 days. Will I be able to get the car up high enough with a regular size floor jack and jack stands? Am i crazy to attempt? The install says 3ft needed for the driver side to go in and I don't see that ever happening as I don't have semi truck stands and jack! I dont see what the big deal installing them would be - unless it's geometrically impossible. Thanks in advance
