- A couple weeks ago I went for a spirited drive using the Track-mode, as I got closer to the underpass I accelerated just a bit to enjoy the harmonic sound from the Corsa cat-back. During such acceleration, something must have come loose somewhere under the car or in the rear end, I heard a noise like the active exhaust valve spinning at about 25 miles per hour and hit the pavement bouncing to the median grass area. Quickly and safely I pulled over, checked the valve and under the car everything seems to be okay other than the muffler now sounds like OEM, kind of flat. Now the muffler produces a continuous drone on the interstate which is unbelievably loud. Before this incident, I never had such drone problem till then. Any idea on what might have happened within the muffler system?
- And I noticed for a while now that there’s water leaking out from the double X-pipe front adapter area after a drive, I am thinking it is due to condensation, is it a normal thing?
