Yeah if I put in my Order number and dealer code I can get it to come up (since, like you noticed, the button won't move to choose the VIN search), but it is still all messed up and has no EDD or "days left" showing. :frusty:

If you enter this replacing VIN with your VIN, you can bookmark it and then you won't have to enter it every time.

Checked wwwqa.cotus this AM it seems to be working. My EDD is no longer listed so I guess from other comments Maggie must be on a truck to be delivered. EDD was 1/3.

Hmmm...dang, mine still has 1/9 EDD....guess my dealer is either mistaken or it will be released on Monday

I was pleasantly surprised that my 12/31 convertible order appeared that afternoon on qa-cotus as being a valid submitted order.
I wanted to check that all of my options were correctly listed...they were.
My dealer even assured me that he would contact me about which rail car my convertible would be on when it leaves Flat Rock.

Now all I have to do is check with qa-cotus every couple of hours for the next two months (lol).

Mine may be on the same train as well. It is on a train in Kentucky.

Isn`t it really odd that so many of our Convertibles ordered as early as 9/2, (mine) and those ordered much later and built between mid and late Nov thru late Dec all now being released and shipped at the same time and may, in all actuality be on the same Car Carrier Train heading South? Strange, very strange. A case for Unsolved Mysteries, eh?

Looks like our cars may be on the same train after all. I just tracked it and it is in Georgia on its way towards Florida. Looks like I am the one that gets to wait for mine.

My EDD also disappeared. Yesterday it was still listed as Jan 4th.

Delivered, but not at the dealer?

My convertible built on December 17th currently shows a delivered, both by Ford Vehicle Visibility and by the shipper, Cassens. Both systems show it was delivered on 12-31-14. However, my dealer says they haven't gotten it, salesman even looked all over the lot to see if it was there.

So, which one is incorrect? Why would the transporter report it as delivered if it was not? What might the dealer have done to "not receive" it? It was a customer order, not dealer stock. I think it's likely something funny is going on since it's Holiday week and end-of-the-year; but is my car sitting on a car hauler at a trailer park in the snow and ice because the driver wanted some "vacation" this week?

My Salesman emailed last night and informed me that it had just left Kentucky and was Southbound. My EDD still claims 1/14 pushed forward from 1/12 but even once its unloaded from the Rails, your still at the mercy of the Truck Transporters how soon they pull the Car and drop it off at the Dealers. Hopefully 10 days or less for (both) of us, finally.

Yeah wouldn't hold those EDDs in stone. Mine still says 1/9 yet my dealer says he's "almost positive" it'll be here Monday.

My EDD disappeared today. Snowing right now in Longmont but weather looks dry next week. If Maggie shows up next week will probably pick her up Thursday. Would like dry roads from Loveland. Will still have to drive on snow covered streets in the neighborhood. Hoping to hear some news from dealer Monday.

Our forecast is for partly sunny weather with record high temps in the mid 80`s for most of next week! What a time to go "Topless", you think?
