Well, just back from my Ford Dealer here in Palm Beach County, FL. The "Order" has been placed, I left a Cheque for $200 to bind the Deal and got my Order Summary Print outs, (2) with all the Prices and Details as well as a "tentative" Purchase and Sale Agreement (pending) if I Trade one of Vehicles in or not. Retail Order, Priority Code 10! One glitch though. As of today, Sept 2, 2014, the pricing Order Code M036 Price Level 520. Accordingly, A/Z/ D/ & X Plans report NA? He claims that X-Plans will no doubt be applicable when the Vehicle arrives. Regardless, he wrote it up at Dealer Invoice "plus-minus" $75 with (no) applicable Dealer Fees. What ever prices out less, X-Plan or Dealer Invoice is what we will go with. The Deed is now Done and the real waiting begins. I brought along my current updated X-Plan PIN# if we go that route. Who knows, I doubt it will arrive by Thanksgiving but (maybe) Christmas or New Years? Two previous X-Plan purchases with same Salesman at this Dealership! I am this Dealerships first 2015 Mustang Convertible Order Submitted too with 6 more to follow shortly.
Kindly keep me Posted on the status of my 2015 Mustang Convertible Order as well. Thanks for the "break down" of my X-Plan Price for the Vehicle I ordered. Odd, my Dealership was (unable) to to secure the X-Plan pricing on my Order Summary despite the fact that I provided them with a current valid X-Plan PIN? Guess I got 4 months or more to iron out any (wrinkles).
EB premium Convertibles are open to order as long as the vehicle has a manual transmission. There is a hold on autos currently (as of 9.2.14).
Thanks for sending me the X-Plan total price for the 2015 Mustang V6 Convertible I ordered yesterday. I contacted the Salesman and he had no explanation why when he submitted my Order it came back with Order No: M036 and Price Level 520 (Retail) instead of Order No: F003 and Price Level 120? Both had Order Type 1 & Priority 10! He says, when the Vehicle finally arrives, we will go with either the X-Plan Invoice figures or work with Dealer Invoice plus-minus $75 to $150 whatever is to my advantage. I promised him I won`t call and harass him for information updates more then once a month. Well, maybe twice....lol. He said he was going to Order at the same time an (identical) Dealer Stock 2015 Mustang Convertible configured exactly like mine, Race Red, 051A Equipment Package plus the 66W "Spare Tire. The only difference is that for Retail Stock, they won`t Order it with 13D Spoiler Delete just in case someone absolutely desires it at no extra cost. Because of that, I`ll have to wait for my Retail Order even if the Dealer Stock one arrives first since I don`t want the Blade Spoiler no matter how long extra I must wait.
They (say) patience is rewarded eventually in Heaven, thats assuming that you don`t simply become Worm Food, lol. I was going to be waiting along with you but I was unwilling to pay the $6,500 difference to upgrade from Base V6 Convertible with A/T to a EB 2.3 I4 A/T Premium Convertible.
