+1

The weather here is strange...we will get too down weather in the winter but only for few days at a time, then snow storm, then it melts and top down weather again! I'll take this craziness over the humidity in FL, when top down is miserable in the heat of the summer!
Not with air conditioned seats :headbang: Plus we have the added benefit of hot women in less clothing more often down south.

haha you got me there :ford:

I actually like hot weather and humidity doesn't bother me that much. Those A/C seats will be awesome! When I was in Florida a couple of years ago in July I rented a Mustang Convertible and it was nice, with the exception of the stop and go rain and having to put the top up and down every 5 minutes! :frusty: We get that here in the summer too though. One side of town will be sunny and I drive home from work to the other side of town and it is raining!

Not worth living in Florida for. :p
Iv`e been here for 17 years, originally from MA. If it wasn`t for avoiding old man Winter, Cold, Snow, Sleet & Freezing Rain, there would be no one left except for the Alligators, Burmese Pythons, and the Everglades. Case closed!

I've always been around mountains. When I need to recharge my batteries or do some thinking that's where I head. I couldn't stand being in a state as flat as Florida.

I've only been in CO for a couple of years...originally from Indiana. With the winter the midwest had last year, I'm glad I live here! Ideally I probably belong in So-Cal weather wise, but can't stand the congestion, government, and cost of living down there....the mountains here are hard to beat! :headbang:

Have any convertibles shipped yet? Just curious if they received OKTB, or are all on quality hold right now...mine should have been built today so I'm getting anxious! :-)

A user in another thread says that he got the word his Vert has been built and released for shipping. I confess my jealousy as my Vert isn't supposed to be built until the 15th and may even be pushed back (I am being pessimistic lol). Regardless I don't see mine getting shipped before the holidays

Probably answered somewhere else, but what is FRAP? and what does it mean when your car is held there?

Mine is scheduled to be built the week of 12-15.

I think that people just get used to certain things from being around them a lot. Like, for me, I get really uncomfortable if I'm more than five miles from the ocean. Except when I was in college, I've never lived in a place where it took me more than ten minutes to get to the ocean, and the idea of being surrounded by land makes me extremely nervous; whenever I have to go anywhere inland I'm just itching to get back to the ocean and just sit there and stare at it.

It's all a matter programming, I guess -- if you grew up with mountains, you like mountains. I grew up with the ocean, I like ocean. To each their own. As an aside, I really don't like mountains, for the obvious reason that you're constantly having to go up and down, which makes walking and driving and building a house a big pain.

Waiting on my new 2015 Mustang can't wait to take my Vert to the beach, and if we had mountains (we do have off road parks) here in South Florida, I have my Jeep Wrangler.

"B1" Arriving next week...

Confirmed that my TY GT convertible was built 26-Nov and ETA of 12-Dec at the dealer. Not too fussed as will just put in storage but still excited to see "B1" (anyone familiar with the Aussie kids' TV show "Bananas in Pyjamas" will understand).
