PPs and the 20s get summer tires (Pirelli P-zero). Every other wheel combo (17, 18, 19) gets all-seasons. 17s and V6/EB 18s get Hankooks or Goodyears, as I recall. GT 18s and 19s get Pirelli P-Zero Neros.

I have driven summer tires on other cars, including Goodyears, BFGs and Michelins, down into the low 30s without problem, but it was just cold weather, not ice or snow. Suspect if you are dealing with snow and ice you need to have another car or alternate tires. The P-Zeros get pretty slippery, from what we heard last winter.

The Neros are pretty good tires. Decent handling, noise, ride, and life. May stick with them, may try something like a Michelin Pilot AS3. Won't have to make that decision until the factory tires wear out, which is looking like 2017 or 2018, LOL.

The performance package gets summer only tires, and the others get All season performance tires, but I believe they're all Pirellis (Pzero vs Pzero Nero A/S). The All seasons are a decent compromise.
Correct. Almost.

Base 18" wheels get Pirelli P-Zero Nero All-Season

Upgrade 19" wheels (non-PP) get Pirelli P-Zero Nero All-Season

PP 19" wheels get Pirelli P-Zero summer

Upgrade 20" wheels (what I have) get Pirelli P-Zero summer

if you're driving in real winter, get winter tires.
Or under 50 degrees and warm the tires up by driving on them before playing, trust me I learned the hard way.
As opposed to the fake winter? ;)
Yes, winter in FL or AZ is fake winter.
southern CA is also fake winter.
YOu can add south parts of Texas also, granted under 60 be careful with the summer only P-Zero's. And I love these tires when hot.
"brrrr, I'm so cold, I need to wear scarves & wool coats, it's 50F outside! brrrrr"
Under 50 freezes my rear end

Your information isn't 100% correct. The cars that have 20's are also summer only.

So then, you're leaving soon? You do realize SoCal was nothing but a semi-arid desert until the white man decided to forcibly change the climate-right? This current dry spell is gonna turn into a full blown drought one of these days. The price to be paid for having a never-ending supply of fresh, cold water, is putting up with 6 months per year of crap on the ground and dirty, rusting cars.
WTF...REALLY?????

Yeah, I decided to withhold comment until I make sure people here acclimate to my submariner's humor :)

Should be some incredible bargains on SoCal housing before long. Complete with new, newly-chic brown landscaping.
