Connector Under Fuse Box

So what is the loose connector under fuse box on GT? Looks like it might be a power connector of some sorts. Mine even had a large blue rubber band on it.

Looks like the BMS inductive sensor.
Is it hooped around the battery cable!?

Second picture shows a plastic clamp around the left cable. I believe that one goes to starter (?) vice red one on right that goes to battery. So upon further look, it could be an inductive sensor with a connector output. So what is it used for diagnosticly?

It's for the battery monitoring system.
It checks flow to and from the battery to adjust the alternator charge to the battery.

This is not on cable going to battery and it's not connected to anything, just surrounds large cable going toward bottom of engine. Next time on lift, I'll have to check where the large cable goes to.
