Confirming custom wheel specs?

I’m looking to order some lighter 19” wheels and just want to confirm some specs and calculations before I do. I’m not going to be able to trial fit before ordering and delivery.

Stock PP1 specs
F: 19x9 +45
R: 19x9.5 +52

New wheels specs
F: 19x9 +20
R: 19x9.5 +30

No I don’t want extra width or squared with this set.

So from what I understand, this would position the new wheels the same as the stock fronts with a 25mm spacer and the stock rears with a 22mm spacer?

Can anyone confirm the stock wheel specs, whether I’m correct with the calculations, and if the Magneride hubs are 70.5mm?

Your stock specs are correct, your new measurements are correct and the hub bore is correct as well.
