I'd go with Orange, I have a friend that has a comp orange 2015 and it looks awesome. Yellow is cool too, but I agree with what others have said. It grows old and it only appeals to certain people so it could be harder to sell in the future.

After seeing both in person (sun and shade) TY gets my vote. I was sold on CO when I heard they were bringing back but after seeing it in person I thought it would be like my GB but orange. It was not.

Ty will be the next color for me.

I went with CO, for three reasons. First and foremost, I wanted a CO terminator 10+ years ago and couldn't make it happen. Wasn't gonna let it go this time. 2nd, yellow in some form or another seems to be more of a mainstay color for the mustang; CO seems more unique/rare. 3rd, price premium for TY wasn't worth it to me.

Now the question is, what is calling you to each color? I think in your situation, it may not be an apples to apples thing. The Roush TY vs regular CO might change things a bit for the Roush factor.

If you are looking for advice, I will tell you this from the point of view of a new car dealer.

If you go with Yellow, you will get a lower trade-in number later down the line. It would be a tougher out-right private party sell as well. The reason is that the color only sells to very specific people. You really limit your buying audience.

Now, that said, I almost bought my GT in Triple Yellow last Friday. It is really beautiful. The dealer had both colors on the lot. The Competition Orange is really great looking too. But, since I am in the business, I know the limitations of moving a Yellow car. I went the Deep Impact Blue.

So, my advice, from a pure business standpoint, is go with the CO.

The is a guy that lives down the street from us with a Yellow GT from 2 generations back. And also on same street is a guy with on new Camaro in Yellow. Looking at both of those cars, yellow does not really age well either. I am sure that if treated and cared for it would be better, but......

Anyway, that's my 2 cents, and that's probably all it's worth! (I am NOT a Ford dealer.)
While I agree yellow cars in general are harder to move, We have to keep in mind that we are looking at a very emotional car specifically this time, and TY seems to be at least a very popular color to be discussed in the photo section.

I would go whichever I think looks the best, can't put a price on my smile.

Jokes apart, get the color you want and desire. Imagine the car after you are done with cosmetic mods (if any) like wheels, stripes, tint etc. Visualize it parked outside your house, at work, on a rainy day, on the track etc. Don't let anyone tell you what to get and screw resale, on a mustang it really doesn't matter- while the demand for yellow and orange will certainly be less depending on where u live, so will the supply. Any difference in price is not worth driving a color u don't like. Also, my regards to anyone with the balls to drive a bright daring color like TY or CO. It's certainly not for everyone, but the only choices for me.

Though I like both colors, I end up with yellow. That's just me however, Valentino couldn't have stated it any better.

I gotta say this. Get the color you like best. this is not a complicated issue. Forget all this stuff about what the cars resale value will be later down the road. (Who really buys a car and gives that any thought? I think...very few). You are buying the car for yourself. Not for what others will think of it. You look at the available colors, and you pick the one that you like. Ask yourself this....Which color would you like to see in your driveway every morning? I got TY because I think it looks Awesome.
Many have commented that Yellow has a lower "resale" value later down the road. I don't buy that. If you keep the car in good shape, (wax, wash regularly, Do proper maintenance), you will get a better trade in than most.
My friend...You are asking a question that will get you many responses, because everyone has different tastes. Get what you like. BTW...Black is my least favorite, simply because I think it is the hardest to keep looking clean, And it is very "common" looking (too many of them on the road). Just my opinion.

Looked at the CO today. Beautiful!

Going to look at the TY Monday. Damn, this is a tough one but I'm really liking the CO.
