Tell the Dealership they need to do a PCM reset. Sounds like something with the Torque Table is corrupted, which is part of the cold start PCM process.

Is the car throwing any codes at all?
Nope no codes at all unfortunately, and I’ll definitely tell them that. Now I’m curious, does the system consider the engine “cold” when it gets below X temperature or when the engine has been off for X amount of time, or a mixture of both? Because like I said, I don’t think the actual outside temp is playing a part because I’ve started it during the week with only like a 12-14 hour gap between starts in like -20C weather and no issue, start it on a mild Monday morning after it’s been sitting for 24+ hours and that’s when it seems to occur :/. Thanks for the input as always!
