I have to take my car in for a warranty repair on a clicking throttle body, which I believe is a common issue on s550's. My engine is all stock, except for a no-tune Steeda CAI and a Ford Performance catch can on the car. They're both easy to take off, but I'm not sure where my stock air intake is. Has anyone had any issues with a no-tune CAI and warranty work?

A crappy dealer may give you a hard time since the CAI is in close relation to the throttle body. A good dealer will not care.

Thank's for the replies. I guess I'll take it in with the CAI and see what they say. My biggest concern was since the CAI is attached to the throttle body they might give me a hard time, but the clicking is a well known issue even with the stock intakes. I think it had something to do with the springs they used.
