Coilover Suspension

The springs in the PDF aren't progressive. The rears have a keeper spring it collapses completely when the car is sitting. So the spring rate on those thin springs are only strong enough to hold the springs from coming loose in their perches. I had KWs on my 2010 they weren't progressive and I measured the spring rates if I remember correctly they were 350 front 250 rear that has no bearing on the S550 of course completely different geometry on the rear.

Ofcourse I am aware of all that.

I got an email back with that pdf and had conflicting information. Linear springs in the pictures but progressive in the email.

Despite what the pictures show they said they are progressive and do not have spring rates available because of that.

I was ready to place my personal order today before they confirmed the springs were progressive.

Oh well.

Edit: I noticed you had clubsports on your old 2010 Mustang. Those only come with linear springs.

The adjustment knob on the triple adjustable a gave it away.

Roush claimed that they engineered them in house but I find that hard to believe.

Agreed! They appear to be the same set up, just different color combo's.

So whats a man looking for an aftermarket suspension set up too do? I guess wait a bit more and see what unfolds.


Whats your thoughts on the Ford Performance Track Pack? 1" drop, Sways, and the shocks are replaced, and a new bushing control arm replacement. So they aren't just compressing the shocks with the springs like the lowering set ups. Correct?

I am sure they're good, in my opinion I'll wait for the club sports.

I think the ford racing package is good. I've thought about getting the ford racing shocks and struts separately.

This Pic is before Coilovers and Camber plates with stock Camber. There is no "poke" with the current setup, just needed some extra camber.

Yeah, I'm going to probably buy some wheels from them with the correct offset for the front. This pic makes it look like the front poke's out a little, so wonder if the wheel would catch if they lowered it a couple inch's
