I have a 2015 v-6 Mustang and i am getting codes. I got some general information from a Google search and it wasn't helpfull.
Power Train System P1450
ABS C0040-64

My driver's brake light sometimes takes 1 minute to correct itself. It still blinks fast and was wondering if this is the code.
The only general information I could find out about the PTS code is that it could possibly be not sealing correctly and I cleaned around the gas cap.
Im curious if someone can help. I usually go to the dealership if its too hard to fix.

I got that code last year. Wouldn't let me remote start the car. Searched for parts and didn't really want to spend the money them. I procrastinated and just lived with it, starting the car from the inside. After a week it went away, then came back a week later. Then It went away and has not come back since.

Google said, "Your 2015 Mustang's ABS code C0040 points to a Right Front Wheel Speed Circuit Malfunction, meaning the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) detects an issue with the sensor, wiring, or related components for the front right wheel, often causing ABS/Traction Control lights to illuminate." (didn't mention the -64 part?)

Check the sensor, wiring and the ABS ring.

My co-worker also had a brake light problem on his Mustang. It was the switch on the brake pedal. Can't remember if how it mounted was broken or the little plunger thing to the sensor/switch was broken?

Thanks for the help sbpgt. I found out including a dash confused Google search. I read and watched a couple videos and everyone had an abs light. I flipped the diagnostic piece of paper over because of writing fuses down that correspondence. I found 2 more CODES u013100 and u015100. The codes disappeared once it got hot for 2 days then reapeared. Im 🤔 about chasing down the orgin where theese 4 places the wireing meets at. Maybe some wd40 and some die electric grease. If someone has a better option to try im all ears.

I don't see the descriptions and info you found for the codes, little or otherwise. Did I miss something?

I have the P1450 code. My scanner at work said something to the effect that the fuel tank vacuum would not bleed off? CE lamp just came on last night. Car has 1/2 tank of fuel.

Sorry I didn't explain well. The codes disappear when the humidity in the air comes back. It's weird. I think I have an electric đź’ˇ issue because it's gone when it gets southern summer hot. We have had a heat wave and I drove it far enough for the codes to cut off.
Next month the parts will be made for our newest recall that effects seatbelts. Hopefully it will be a little cold because my Ford mechanic has always hit a bulls eye and isn't guessing. It's easier to diagnose in person
