Hey everyone!
I’m trying to get clarity on what’s actually needed to safely run a Stage 2 Cobb flash on my 2017 EcoBoost (Premium with Performance Package, MagnaFlow single exit exhaust, K&N drop-in filter, BOV).
Some sources/forums say all you need is a downpipe to go Stage 2 safely. Others say you only need a CAI and front-mount intercooler.
Can I safely flash Stage 2 with just a downpipe and stock intercooler/CAI?..
I’d really appreciate anyone who’s done Stage 2 on a stockish EcoBoost and can clarify what’s necessary vs optional.
Thanks!
