Oh trust me I know, I'm doing tune plus. I'm running stock now, so anything is better.
Hey Busser ........... what do you mean by stock? Stock 93 tune on the Accessport or the way the car comes from Ford?

I went from SCT to Cobb. Torrie is hardly amateur. His tune was solid and 12.5's on street tires was cake.

I got talked into a Cobb for the device itself. After trying some tunes I was directed towards Adam and haven't looked back. Only regret was not getting an Accessport with Adam behind the keyboard sooner.
Disagree. But heard the same story about endless revisions, still not right and give up. Hope cob works out better for op.

Just to be clear I never had the words amateur come out of my mouth when I was referencing torrie. The reason I go out of my way to not talk smack about a vendor, because I can't stand when people come on here and bash this person Nash that person, with no documented proof. Everyone's perspective is different and some customers are assholes, plain and simple. I just wanted to state my truth from what I went through, you learn and figure what's best for you. Good luck to evetyonrc

not to highjack the thread, but I know the SCT X4 which is what Im currently using, you program the car and just unplug it and it stays programmed, is that the same with the Cobb? I always see videos of the Cobb plugged in and put on the dash. If you program the car with the cobb and unplug it, does the tune stay in the car I guess is what Im asking, thanks
Im in the market for a cobb myself now, since Adam wont start doing SCT stuff till summer and im running around with pretty much every bolt on and still feel like the car has more in there

The AP stays installed on the car until you use the uninstall option.

Yes, people keep it plugged in because it comes with the mounting bracket and do their data logging, it doesn't lose the tune when you unplug it

Not to mention all of the things the AP monitors. I have a 6 gauge set up of things I constantly monitor while driving on mine.

Yup, most people who leave it plugged in do it for the gauges. I have mine set up to show boost, oil temp, coolant temp, IAT, CAT, and OAR. But I don't always have it on the dash because sometimes, I just don't want it there, lol. Depends on the mood I'm in. :)

Dynojet Research facility here in Las Vegas.
Ive been going to them since my 03 Cobra so Ive known them for a long time. Only reason he took me on is cause of it too. My ecoboost is the only one he tunes. But he is also learning new stuff with the ecoboost platform so I cant blame him for the tune being incomplete still.
So hence I will be switching to Cobb and using Adams services
