Cobb AccessPort V3 for 2015-2022 Ecoboost Mustangs. It is still like new. Comes with all the accessories as shown in the pictures. It has been unmarried from my car (ready for install on new car). I just decided to go with a different tuner and was outside the return window. I'll ship it if you're in the lower 48.

I have a stock 2016 ECOBOOST w/manual transmission. I am not fully versed in tuning. Does this contain the stage 1 tune for my car or would I need this and get a tune from COBB to load?

you would just need to plug in the AP and open accessport manager and download maps for your year range and transmission.
