As for the new green air filter I noticed you can really hear the air being sucked in now as well as the BPV when it goes off. It's not obnoxious like the BPV adapter that vents to atmosphere was for those of you who have tried one of those you probably know what I mean. I had one of those for about a month before I yanked it off. but anyway like I said it does sound different with the new air filter and I do like the sound.
I havent messed around with the accessport much yet, maybe tomorrow or next weekend I will test out all the other functions when the octane is adjusted to -1.0.
I already inquired with MAP for their free tune they offer with the purchase of an access port so hopefully I get a response about that soon. Depending on how I feel about the tunes I may just hit up adam for a protune.
So far the 93 tune seems alright to me, it was immediately noticeable that the car was different.
Oh yea if anyone has any advice on what gauges to be watching and how to monitor the safety of the car, or any modifications that should be made, let me know cause I'm trying to learn as much as I can about this stuff.
Thanks!

and apparently half of what I wrote never made it to posting so...sorry about that maybe I will rewrite later.

When I bought my access port and Cobb tune I bundled in with the green air filter plugs and an intercooler. The tune was better than stock but a little bottom heavy with not much difference in power up top. I believe when you buy an AccessPort from MAP Adam owes you one tune which is head and shoulders above the Cobb.

Some good things to monitor on the gauge list are charge air temperature (probably the most often looked at), knock sensors, Oil temperature/pressure, Air fuel ratio

Hey man figured I should reply with some different info, as far as adam and MAP they are not affiliated anymore so I'm not sure if they even offer the free tune now although it says they do. I personally emailed them inquiring about the tune and have had no luck. He is still doing his thing you just have to communicate with him not MAP. Also I can not monitor oil pressure for whatever reason my guess is bc I don't have the PP.
