Close-call thread (Dash Cam)

Yeah, I switched to USAA a few weeks ago for home, auto and umbrella and will be adding medical soon.

Very good coverage and rates plus you can charge your premiums to a CC automatically and receive the rewards for them. And make the dates the day after the CC month end for maximum float. Maybe other insurance companies do that (no fee charge to CC), but none I ever used.

Did I mention an excellent web site and app?

Only downside was the annual member dividends are based on your final or current military rank and I was due for promotion right after an early out I took. ;)

Yea I was gonna get my E5 but got medically discharged for seizures form the TBI. Im very impressed with them. I got 1million in coverage for a lot less than state farm wish i would have switched sooner.

Do recall how long the repairs took? And the quality?

It was about a week. The work was top notch the paint turned out better than I though. Though it wouldn't look good because of the tri coat pear paint.

not really a close call but something from today. i had it in for service for a bad wheel sensor/hub assembly triggering a warning light for advancetrac.

tech gets a nasty surprise when he floors it in 4th.

Well at work a ssg backed his tundra into my mustang. Made the loudest crack and it was parked. I was walking up to the car when it happened at lunch. Bumper has a hole in it and the windshield is cracked. Weird, i guess the windshields are not the best in these cars. He has usaa fortunately and shes going to a inspector at caliber collision tomorrow. I wasnt that mad hes my battle too. Ha ha

No if you pause the video. You can see she is looking up the opposite road not even looking at me.

Yep ... and that's part of not knowing how to proceed out into traffic, especially when your view is being blocked in one direction.
