Whipple Gen 3, stage 2.
When idling at operating temps after a few minutes my RPMs will start climbing on their own up to about
2700 - 3000. No codes.
Clean TB and MAF.
Did a couple smoke tests today and found a bit of smoke coming from the seam between the throttle body (Whipple) electrics and the main body. No where else. Question: is this enough of a leak to make a difference?
My inferred Vacuum gauge reading on the dash is averaging 17.8-18.5. Also have a digital boost gauge thats only reading 16 at idle but tracks perfect when under boost which i have no trouble with. If people say this isn't a big enough leak to affect the Idle ill go after the Bypass valve.
Thx,
Daryl
