I am thinking about getting clear bra and stripes. Which to apply first? Clearbra over the stripes or stripes over the clearbra?

Stripes first then bra. You wouls be able to see the line where the stripes bump up if you did them last

I was wondering the same thing as I think I'll go with a matte stripe. I'm guessing you would want to fit the bra around the stripe which would cost a little more I would imagine.

I've talked to a bunch of people on this and the consensus is actually to do the stripes on top of the bra.

First reason is because stripes are cheap, if for some reason you need to remove them or if they get damaged you don't need to remove the expensive bra.

Second is some bra's won't lay flat on the edge of the stripe creating a channel thats very easy to see.

And third you will see the edge of the bra going over the stripes. If you had a dark color car this wouldn't be an issue, but white will hide the edge while black will make it easier to spot.

My solution is to have to entire hood wrapped and then stripes installed on top of the bra. It's a lil more expensive but I feel like the results will be worth it.

I would do stripe over the bra.

The bra is supposed to be an almost invisible seamless wrap.

You may want to take off the stripe for many reasons in the future, color loss, scratch, fade, dont care for..........., but if its under, you will have to re-bra the car.

Xpel has a matte clear bra so I guess if you really wanted to go overboard on protecting the car you would put that on top of the stripes. Putting the stripes over the clear bra is the most cost effective. Thanks for helping guys.
