Lots of threads on this in the "cosmetic upkeep" technical section.

I just got my car back today. Got xpel clear bra installed, on the hood front bumper side mirrors headlights and the rear trunk panel. I only have one pic so far I'll try taking more pics later. You can't tell it's there though so idk how helpful pictures would be.

Never had one or been keen on the idea. They yellow and start to look like crap after 2-3 years; sooner if you live somewhere hot and sunny all the time (like FL, AZ, etc).

I bought the whole kit online and will install it myself as soon water doesn't freeze in my garage anymore. :D

Pictures won't make much sense (in our case) since the thing is almost impossible to see - had it installed 3m material. Was 600 installed looks amazing - have on on our 11 year old Terminator - just as clear (no yellowing)!!

Easier to see and take pics before you wash the car. You can see a fine dirt buildup along the edge of the film.

Update

Hello together.

I did finally my hood in my garage. Because of an accident that I had in January, I can only use my right hand so I apologize if I did a poor job for all the "specialist's" out there. And BTW. That's my first ClearBra I installed myself. I did pay, with shipping to Canada and everything else for the whole set - hood, fender, mirror and front bumper - 100 CAD.

Starting with: figuring out what is what but I found the hood piece:

After around 2 hours putting it on - off - on - off and on again it looked like this:

You can see the edge if you go close but from the front it looks fine IMO:

And if you go close and look from the top

It was a long "fight" but I think it looks really good for the first ClearBra I did in my life. So tomorrow coming the small parts like fender and mirror. The bumper is another fight I will do at last.

So I hope you like it. The seller on Ebay is:
http://www.ebay.ca/usr/theonlineliquidator?_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2754

Send him a message that you need it for the 2015 Mustang and he will send you what you like. Hope the pictures are helping everyone who likes to do the ClearBra to protect your car.

I installed fender and bumper pieces yesterday. Why do they send out the bumper piece in one GIANT piece? That's ridicules!

Pics later.

Anyone use or hear much about Llumar clear bras? Place that did my tint swears by it, and they have great reviews (the shop anyway). He said Llumar used to be crap but now is the best, even better than Xpel (said Xpel is hard to work with and doesn't roll over edges well). Was going for Xpel but closest installer is in Denver and wants the car for 3 days :frusty: Pricing is about the same between Xpel and Llumar
