Changed my mind. Took 1/2 hour. Hardest thing was reinstalling the counterweight For the price, you wont beat this. Very pleased.

I had a bit of time, so I decided to go for it. I watched the CJPP video a bunch of times, so I probably could have done it with my eyes closed. .

I did wait a bit after the battery disconnection before I started thou.

I've watched it a dozen times already and no doubt will at leave double that. It looks pretty straight forward. Airbag is the only concern but will give it a half hour to de-energize.

I just ordered it--it'll go good with the red stitching in my GT/CS.

Do you find its better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission?? I'm always up front with my wife with everything I buy for the Stang. Sometimes she doesn't understand why....but once installed she's always supportive.
I should get my LRS wheel tomorrow. $260 shipped!!

That is the way I roll ALWAYS! When I want something I don't give her a chance to talk me out of it because although I WANT this wheel, I absolutely don't NEED it. How many of your kids college tuition have you paid for so your kids would not have a college debt dead horse around their necks for decades? For me it is three Master's Degrees.

I guess it's whatever works for ya. I have 3 daughters, all grown up now and awesome jobs.....raised them myself ( they were 8, 11 & 12 when the ex walked!!) and still managed to work on Muscle Cars. That is a hobby that just keeps you as far away as the garage. Been married 22 yrs now and have always told my wife about my parts. Yes, you're right, we really don't need these things....but we can't control it!! lol :cheers:
