UPS turn up, they give you a slip for payment and you pay over the phone.

Great service but don't bother selecting the tax and duty included option as you may be charged again for it when you eat to receive it like I was. I don't blame cj for it and ever since have selected the cheapest option

I used the online chat. Basically the tracking portal of the shipper is crap.

They cant help more than that, but it should be on its way, somewhere.

Theres no way im paying the import taxes again, pre-paid is pre-paid, and im good at arguing :)

I ordered a bunch of stuff from CJPP, sent to stackry (4 days) and then stackry to me (3 days). Saved me quite a lot in shipping.

After nearly a week the tracking has finally started moving!

It just seems that my order is taking longer than you guys in the UK have experienced..... im guessing they wait until a pallet is full, then ship a lot over at once.

If there are less orders going to the EU than the UK, this would explain the delay.

Or, I was just unlucky... but at least its finally on its way

As a final update to this.

Package(s) arrived last Thursday. Making it 3 weeks delivery.

The parcels sat in America for nearly a week, and then 4 days in the UK, and then took ages to move through Belgium to NL.

Basically they wait until a pallet is full each time before moving the packages along.

Judging by the amount of barcodes on the boxes they had been handled by at least 4 different courier companies. The box for the X-pipe was on its last legs (fell apart when I picked it up) although the other box with the JLT and Sto N Sho was fine.

To be honest im finding it hard to recommend this option.

Next time ill be choosing UPS and paying the import charges myself.

At least it all arrived undamaged and there was no confusion about double payment of taxes etc.

For me its just too frustrating to 'watch' the parcels stationary for up to a week at a time.
