Check engine light right after i got an aligment?

Hey guys, so my car barely has 2k miles on it and this morning i got an alignment because i lowered my car a week before. Everything went smoothly and i drove off but after 5 minutes i noticed my check engine light was on. Can an alignment cause this?
The car drives normal and its the long weekend so i need it but Ford wont look at it till Tuesday. Is it safe to drive? What do u guys recommend i do? Got to autozone and check for codes?

Autozone, have them do a read. At least you'll have an Idea of what's going on.

Lol thats what i thought too but its too much coincidence so i thought id ask hehehe.
So gonna go to Autozone soon hopefully its nothing bad.

Same thing happened to me.

Came on once, haven't seen it since.

Maybe there's some sort of centering sensor in the power steering?
