Chasing the leak

Going to get very serious about finding the leak. I am pretty sure it coming near the rear down low.
I want to take the seats completely out the rear side panels off.
How do I take the seat back off? I looked for videos and did not see any on the convertible.
Are the rear side panels easy to come off?
