Changing stock active exhaust tips

Howdy guys, anybody changed the stock active exhaust tips to something bigger? I want to keep the stock mufflers but maybe throw on a bigger tip on there, also would like to change them up for cosmetic reasons.

Howdy guys, anybody changed the stock active exhaust tips to something bigger? I want to keep the stock mufflers but maybe throw on a bigger tip on there, also would like to change them up for cosmetic reasons.

I seen a pic of someone who got a bigger tip and clamped it to the original. With the weird bends on them it would be hard to cut and weld i think. I plan to make my own on my lathe over the winter.
