Night and day. More power, more tq and feels strong. Highway is smooth as stock. 28mpg on a 150 mile road trip. (old tune) I can't imagine returning it to the stock tune. The latest version 7 is AMAZING! :headbang:

Yeah bud it is well worth it. You must have a completely blank USB. Just grab a a 7 dollar one at target. All mine had some stuff, won't work.

Hey Bud,

So I recently just purchased a set of PP wheels and tires. Since I follow your progress often, I noticed you've also upgraded from base 18s to PP setup. I have a few questions for you.

Were you able to reuse the existing lug nuts from base 18s or purchase new lug nuts?

Did you use spacers? If so what size?

How did you program your TPMS? Did you buy the CJPP programming device?

Anything you'd suggest before swapping wheels?

Thanks in advance man.

Hey bud,
This should save you some $.

Lug nuts transferred over just fine.

I re-used the TPMS from the 18's. (There is usually a fee for that but prob cheaper than buying new ones) It will relearn.

If you are changing tires and re-mounting I recommend finding a shop that has the updated machines to put on black wheels with zero scratches. First shop warned me so I waited.

No spacers needed.

Wow a lot of great information. Thanks man. Well remounting tpms will be a pita since my new wheels will come with tpms. So I might just fork out the $55 and get the programmer from cjpp. My only other hope is if I can find a tire shop with the programming device and get them to do it for me for like $20 but highly unlikely lol.

Also, what % tint do you have and what are you lowered on? Sorry too lazy to scroll through your build lol.

I'm literally copying you dude. I just got my GT350 steering wheel that I need to install this weekend. Plus I have Steeda progressive springs waiting to be installed once winter passes.

As far as tpms... If your new tires already have tpms, then you may not need to reprogram. I have two sets of tires, each with tpms, and the car automatically updates to the new tpms after 2 miles or so.

And if that doesn't work, a lot of tire shops will reprogram it for free or a small fee.

Thanks bud. I guess I'll wait till snow clears then mount my wheels and drive around to have them automatically register. Waiting sucks lol.

Your car looks gorgeous. However, now I have to think of something different, since visually, that is pretty much what I wanted to do with mine, lol. I don't plan on any real performance mods, but I did want to de-chrome it.
