Look great. I'm guessing the IAT's will be much higher with that hood not having much vents. I have the stalker hood and have 2 heat extractors plus the ram air duct and my IAT's at a light can get quite high over the stock hood.
With the rain tray in, the vent openings in the tray are about the size of the orm gt hoods. With it removed, its wide open. If it ever stops raining i will take a picture lol

Thank you Stage 3 living in the country here in Canada I don’t get many comments but strangely there are 3 Bullitts in a 50 mile radius so I had to be different. I also did it myself. Thanks

Yes Stage 3 I did . I have been building customs , hot rods , classics , and muscle cars for over 30 years . In the early years no one had any money so we learned to do things yourself . But to tell the truth it’s been almost 7years since I painted a car and just wanted to do it myself but my friend dropped in to help me install it . Not a Ford but my last restoration

Are you saying that gigantic hole/vents in the center of the gt500 hood would be hotter than stock hood with those two small vents! What?

genuinely curious.

If my car ever gets damaged on someone else’s insurance fault I’m buying this hood.

I think with the rain tray in, it looks more closed off than it is.

Any grabber blues have this yet? I’d love to see one.

I have an ecoboost, so I don’t have any venting anyway lol.

Took the rain tray off today. Needed to install the lock washers that secure the vent with the tray removed. Talk about a tedious task. These just barely push over the studs. After pushing them on, i took a nut and tightend it down so each lock washer was snugged down flat against vent. 24 fricking times lol. I will say they are very effective, did some very spirited driving and that vent isn't going anywhere lol.
