Cervini Hood Wait Times

Hello All,
For those that have purchased a non painted hood from Cervini recently, what was the time from order to delivery?

I have a friend who has been waiting since December for his, and it’s the same answer every time he calls requesting an update; “ give us 2 more weeks”. He did order a painted hood.

I going to get a non painted one, but I’m not sure I believe the 2 week window on that either.

I truly believe they have 2 people working at this company. Office and warehouse. They took forever to ship two heat extractors for the stalker hood I have. They kept saying the same thing “it should be shipped soon…” They make a quality product though.

My original plan was to get the 500 hood, but what I want to do with painting it, the Cobra R will look the best.

They are definitely a small business with few employees. The sad thing for us Mustang guys, is the company was started for us now it’s for other makes and models. This is good for them but it should be seen that production demands require additional employees.

Cervini makes the best aftermarket hood for our cars IMO, and I don’t mind waiting, just give realistic times or stop taking orders until you are caught up. Sorry for the long rant, thanks for letting me know your experiences.

It took me about a week from order for it to arrive to the body shop where I was having it painted and installed. They do make a quality product though, I am more than pleased with mine.
