Anyone replace their caps with something different? Don't much care for the Ford logo on them, and not sure if all wheel caps are the same size. Post up what you got!

Pffft... The OEM Porsche Colored Crest plastic wheel center caps for my Boxster cost $75 each. :curse: Fortunately, there is an abundant supply of Chinese knockoffs... I just paid $23.89 shipped for a new set of four. :handsinair:

when i look on ebay, i am seeing both 54mm and 60mm center caps...and everyone says "fits shelby/mustang". i was reading a thread on gt350.org and someone was saying the 54mm was too loose and the 60mm too tight. my hunch says to go with the 60mm. anyone confirm the correct sizing?

This is my OEM center cap. Sure looks like 54mm to me.

it's unbelievable they charge $40-$50 for one plastic piece (eg, FP caps). these things honestly feel like they should cost $5 ea.
They're expensive as hell but I've lost center caps from 3 different Chinese knockoffs on track because they deformed from the heat. My OEM center caps have been perfect through 7 track days so I keep moving them over to my new wheels when I change wheels back and forth. If I ever decide to buy anymore, they'll be OEM for sure. The Chinese ones are fine for the street but they don't hold up to the heat and abuse on track.

Good luck I’ve been having a whack of a time trying to find different caps for my Roush ones.

After you find the right diameter you have to make sure the depth is correct.

also the roush caps actually have several Ford Part numbers on the underside so I think they have to share with other vehicles. Check yours. Then Roush just puts their own 55mm Roush R sticker/decal inside.

I’m personally looking for something plain and gloss black.

I have a set of the Chinese snakes in red, I put a dab of black slicone on the back and slip them in. They have survived many a track day.
