so wait, this non postal worker, placed items in a mailbox that is not u.s. mail? doesnt have u.s. postage on it? i wonder if this census volunteer knows that is a federal crime, punishable up to $5000 fine per individual and $10000 per organization

I signed up for the 8 week 2020 Census Enumerator part time job because I believe the 10 year Census data is very important.
The US Census enumerators get assigned case's (Addressee's) to visit because the Census Bureau hasn't received a response by Mail, Phone, or Internet.
Let me clear-up a few misconceptions about the US Census.
1. It is a law that you 'Respond' to the US Census.
2. They ARE allowed to ask for full names, best telephone number, birth dates, sex, and race.
You can answer: "Refuse to Answer", or also: "Don't Know" to most all the questions if you wish., but they are 'Required to ask'
The most important information they need is a Count of: "How many people lived at that address on April 1, 2020", ages of the people are also important.
It is a law that the US Census data is Not shared with any other Gov. agency.
And as a US 2020 Census worker, we all took a sworn oath to protect all personal data given.

I know when I moved to another State in 2008, I used the Census data to give me an indication of the population of the area I was moving to, and also the average age in that area.
Census data is also used for the Communities to plan for: Public Schools, Highways, Number of Representatives to Congress

Yes you are brain washed, ever heard or seen the way district maps are draw up. They will cut out segments that favor one race over another. Using a square or block of people will turn it into a triangles. That might be to complicated for a Census Enumerator to understand. Bottom line is... it is political, has nothing to do with civil services.

I did mine months ago, on line, the day after I received it. They only got the required info, nothing more, nothing less. BFD.

That census dude is annoying. He's delivered me 6 different pieces of census forms on my doorstep, I keep throwing them away. He even delivered me a new set on my doorstep tonight on a SUNDAY! stupid. ive never had them hassle me like this before. after I literally told him I will not fill it out, he went and dropped that form in my mailbox that day. then proceeds every day following with more on my porch.
