Another vote for the Magic mount. Best phone mount I have used to date.

I hated my Scosche magic mount. Got rid of it within a day. The whole phone and mount would shake the entire time I was driving.

.
what? did you not tighten it down or something? sorry but the scosche doesn't budge unless you make it or didn't tighten the center down.

I had the car charger version with the long arm. I tightened everything down but it was bouncing/shaking at the plug itself.

Also having to use the magnets made slim cases almost not fit on my phone. So second negative there.

I'm extremely happy with the Airframe+ and so has everyone I've recommended them to.

I just ordered the scosche but am a little worried about the magnet messing with my cards or phone because of the case I have, what do you guys think? I freakin love my case cause I don't have to carry a wallet anymore, holds my bank card, license and work id so I guess if I have issues, tk god for amazon, ill just return it and order the airframe

I wouldn't put anything magnetic near your credit cards...

Thread revival here, just picked up my magic mount. Was looking at where to place it last night and couldn't decide. Looks like several have it mounted to the right of the nav/radio....I have a base and was thinking of maybe placing it above the center guages on the dash...anyone else done this?

I just use sticky pads on the dash. Lay the phone on it and it doesnt go anywhere.

I recently bought an obd2 reader and I'm looking to create a "hud", but using a phone. I want to put the phone at the base of the windscreen so I can see the rpm when I want to floor it and be careful on the road.
I found a sticky rubber mount, but i fear that the phone will drop while cornering or accelerating. Will this mount you guys recommended work? Also do I have to glue something on my phone for this work?

Regards.
