Those codes are for the post converter O2 sensors heated circuit. P0054 is stating the resistance of the heated circuit is out of range either high or low.

P0141 is stating the heated circuit is taking too long to warm up to operating temps.

It is very likely the o2 sensor is bad since these codes have nothing to do with what signal sensor is actually sending to the PCM but rather that it is not responding quick enough after engine startup to provide the proper signal to the PCM due to not heating up quick enough.

Just make sure you don't have any visible damage to wiring from sensor to the connector at rear of valve cover from possible contact with your downpipe. I.E. sensor wring has not contacted downpipe and been melted from contact with it or been damaged in any other way. If not then 90% if the time its a faulty sensor.

if the Cel comes back in future, after all cycles etc are initiated, then I would look into defouler. but thats typically a p0420 I think off top of my head.

Did your defouler come with inserts that are placed in it to restrict the amount of exhaust the sensor is subjected to, if so then you should start off with no restriction first. If CEL comes on and sets code P0420, then clear code and install restrictor with largest hole, clear code and retest. Continue going from largest to smallest restrictor until CEL does not reset.
